British teenager Nathan Hewitt has become a successful fitness coach after losing 70 kilograms.
When the boy was 15, he weighed 146kg, but now the 23-year-old man, who has burnt off nearly half his weight, wants to help other obese children in his home town of Merthyr Tydfil, south Wales.
The last trigger for obese Nathan was when he was turned away from a roller-coaster ride at Alton Towers because the safety bar wouldn’t fit over his girth.
Now he confesses that very moment he knew he had to change his life for the better, because his weight made him feel miserable.
After having done a really good job with his body, Nathan has set up his own fitness firm thanks to a £6,000 Young Entrepreneur’s Business Grant from the Welsh government.
