Borussia Dortmund v Real Madrid: 4-1

 Dortmund vs Real
What an amazing game! On the 8th minute Dortmund's Polish striker Robert Lewandowski opened the scoring.

It took a while for Real Madrid to get equal. On the 41st minute after Marco Reus had a half-decent looking penalty shout turned down, Cristiano Ronaldo sloted into an empty net to level the scores.

However, it seems that Real Madrid got relaxed and … another goal at 49th minute. Few minutes after (54 minute) Lewandowski smashed the ball into the roof of the net after having rolled the ball away from the feet of Pepe to make six inches of space for the shot. That's a sensational hat-trick.

If that was all! Penalty for Borussia Dortmund!! Lewandowski stepped up and smashed the ball down the centre. 4-1 on the 66 minute.

That's it -the first leg is over! Borussia Dortmund will travel to the Bernabeu with a 4-1 lead and they're well worth it. Real Madrid can count themselves lucky that they even have an away goal to call their own, as they only scored courtesy of a shocking individual error by Mats Hummels. It was an astonishing team performance crowned by a splendid individual effort by Robert Lewandowski. Who'd bet against an all-German Champions League final at Wembley in May.
