Angry Students Of Ondo State University Protest Over Killed Comrade

Students of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA) in Ondo State staged a protest over the death of a student who was killed in an accident.
Last night, May 25, a commercial bus, popularly known as Agolo, hit to death a 200L student of department of microbiology in Akungba. His body has been deposited at the Ikare morgue.
The students gathered in the streets of Akungba protesting against the killing of their comrade. As the police force and army tried to disperse the protest by opening tear gas and shooting sporadically into the air, eight students fainted.
According to the reaching reports, the fainted students are responding to treatment and two of them have been already discharged.
Addressing the angry students, the SUG president in person of Reformer gave the students assurance that everything has been put to order and that the campus is safe adding that he gave Akungba community an ultimatum of 24hrs to produce the driver of the bus that killed the student as the suspect fled after the crime.
