Asari Dokubo regains freedom, flown to Abuja in private jet



This is according to Sahara Reporters…

The leader of the Niger Delta People’s Volunteer Force, Alhaji Mujahid Dokubo-Asari, who was   arrested on Tuesday November 26th in Cotonou, Benin Republic has been released.
Dokubo was released around 1:00am today after President Goodluck Jonathan personally intervened on his behalf with the Beninoise President Yayi Boni. President Jonathan reportedly deployed a jet to ferry Mr. Asari to Abuja a few hours after his release.
Festus Keyamo, a civil rights activist and personal attorney to Mr. Dokubo confirmed his release.
