France winger Malouda and Portugal full-back Ferreira will not be retained when their contracts are up at the end of the month.
And the list of departures also includes Yossi Benayoun and goalkeepers Ross Turnbull and Hilario.
Malouda was a second-half substitute in Chelsea's Champions League final triumph against Bayern Munich little more than a year ago, but that proved to be his final appearance for the club.
The 32-year-old, who made 230 appearances following a £13.5m move from Lyon in 2007, was not even given a squad number this season.
Ferreira's exit comes after a nine-year spell featuring three Premier League title wins while Benayoun, who returned to Stamford Bridge last season after a year at Arsenal, did not convince the Chelsea hierarchy he was worth a new deal.
The departures of Turnbull and Hilario, meanwhile, will inevitably lead to speculation over the future of Thibaut Courtois.
The young Belgian keeper has spent the past two seasons on loan at Atletico Madrid and said recently he would like to stay in Spain for a third year.
