The first round of Naij.com Internet Person of the Year 2013 is over. Time to move on, as the clock is ticking towards the New Year 2014, and we still have 8 contenders left.
They are: Mercy Johnson-Okojie, Nasir Fagge, Maheeda, Stephen Keshi, Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, Davido, Linda Ikeji and Funke Akindele.
The Winners of previous pairs will face each other, i.e. pair 1 winner vs pair 2 winner, 3 vs 4, and etc.
Therefore, famous people from different categories will be compared, unlike in the previous round, where a politician met politician, and a singer met another singer. However, the smaller the circle, the trickier but more interesting it is! And the result may be even more unpredictable!
We urge you to vote based on person's importance for Nigeria in the year 2013. When you see a new face-off, just think which one of the pair had a positive impact on the lives of ordinary Nigerians, which one is the headliner, and cast your vote for him / her.
Don't focus on the fact that fields of activities or personalities of contenders are really different or even incomparable, in most cases. In all the other aspects, the procedures will be absolutely the same. Check out the rules HERE.
