On Christmas Eve, Kim Kardashian and her little sis, Kendall Jenner Paid a visit to The Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles to see kids there.
On December 24, Kim posted a photo of she and Kendall leaning over the bed of one little patient. Both are wearing soft yellow cover-ups, and Kendall has a blue mask covering her mouth.
Kim is busy chatting with the child, whose face is just out of frame. There’s a picture book on the bed, so the girls may have even been reading the patient a story!
“Playing peek-a-boo with this little cutie at the LA Children's Hospital with @kendalljenner,” Kim wrote.

Kim posted a pic of she and Kendall and a whole group of hospital workers. “Thank you LA Children's Hospital staff for all you do for these children! You are heros!” she wrote.
