The spokesman of the Delta State Police Command, ASP Lucky Uyabeme, has been killed in an auto crash along the Abi-Ogume highway, Delta State.
According to The Guardian, the accident occurred in the morning of December 16, 2013, Monday, while the spokeman was returning to Asaba, his duty post, after spending the weekend in his hometown.
It was gathered that the vehicle he was traveling in reportedly lost a tyre as it sped through the highway causing it to go into several spins before landing in a ditch. Uyabeme died on the spot.
