VIDEO: Football Fanatic Pastor Shortens Service To 1 Minute To Watch Crucial Playoff

The NFL, National Football League, super fan had to choose between his team and his job and came to an unlikely compromise.
VIDEO: Football Fanatic Pastor Shortens Service To 1 Minute To Watch Crucial Playoff
The San Francisco pastor had a *49ers jersey on under his ceremonial robes, and rushed so he could watch his beloved team in action.
Pastor Tim Christensen was anxious to watch his beloved San Francisco 49ers in the playoffs, but had a service to give at his church.
So instead of missing one or the other he decided to condense his service down to just one minute.
Dispensing with the usual pleasantries Tim whizzed through, offering people to "help themselves" to bread and wine at the back while absolving the entire congregation of their sins.
"Would you all like to be forgiven of your sins?" he asks. "OK that's great, you are."
He even did his best impression of Niners quarterback Colin Kaepernick by kissing his biceps, before revealing a 49ers jersey underneath his robes and running out to catch the game.
Tim would have been even happier a few hours later as Kaepernick and the 49ers beat the Carolina Panthers to advance to the next round of the playoffs.
