I’d like to play against Messi – Moses

Moses

Chelsea attacker Victor Moses has identified Leo Messi as one of the players he would like to play against. The Nigerian made his thoughts known on Wednesday in Moscow as his club prepare for their Europa League clash against Rubin Kazan on Thursday.
He said, “One player I would like to play against is Leo Messi.”
Moses, who is expected to star in tonight’s game, said he hoped to do his best against the Russians. He admitted not knowing much about the Russian league but expects quite a tough challenge from their opponents.
He said, “I’m a new player here and just want to do as well as I can and play as many games as I can. To be honest I don’t know a lot. What I have seen, it is a great league here. We’re here to try to win the game tomorrow night, they have good strikers and they will be in our faces from the start of the game.
“We just need to get our noses in front and try to win the game. It won’t be an easy task but we’re looking forward to it and if we can score an early goal that will be great for us.
“Rubin is a great team. They have quality players that can win games for them, we need to concentrate and do our best tomorrow (Thursday). We’ll try to win tomorrow night. They will be in our face from the start of the game. We’re looking forward to it.”
The Super Eagles striker said he is looking forward to Sunday’s FA Cup clash against Manchester City but wants to concentrate on Rubin Kazan challenge first.
“We’re focused (on Rubin), it’s a massive game for us. City doesn’t come until Sunday.”
