A female estate agent on Monday appeared before an Igbosere Magistrates’ Court in Lagos over an alleged N4 million fraud.
The police arraigned Joy Thelma, 34, along with two male estate agents – Gbolahan Shodipo, 40, and Taiwo Ogundare, 36 – on a three-count charge of conspiracy, fraud and stealing.
According to the prosecutor, Insp Stephen Molo, the three accused, who reside in Ikotun, Lagos, defrauded Mr Fredrick Akinsulire on Jan. 10, at Block A, Plot 7, Diamond Estate, Lagos State.
