Nigeria has picked the Person of the Year, Naij.com version.
The BIG BOSS, Stephen Keshi wins the FINAL face-off against Chibuke Rotimi Amaechi by getting 51.7% with Amaechi securing 48.3% of the readers' votes.
Similar situation was at the poll on full (desktop) version of the site: the gap between the Coach and the Governor of Rivers State was minimal, just a couple of per cents.
Both of the men did very well in the year 2013, and both of them deserve kudos from Nigerians.
However, football possess the hearts and the minds of the nation more than political struggle. Who knows, maybe the situation will change in the year 2014. But for now - our applauds to the man who made Nigeria happy - STEPHEN KESHI!
