Why I Didn’t Honour Police Invitation – Anambra Commissioner

Anambra State commissioner for Special Duties, Barr. Vincent Ezenwajiaku, said on Monday that he refused to the honour police invitation because they were not after the alleged money owed the complainant but to arrest, detain and torture him.
He stated this at the Benjamin’s Hotel in Awka while briefing journalists on the alleged 10.6 million naira fraud leveled against him by one Mr. Chuks Mgbemena.
Ezenwajiaku was last week declared wanted over alleged fraud by men of the Special Fraud Unit (SFU), Lagos State Police Command.
He said the police and the complainant were not after the money, but were determined to arrest, detain and torture him and if possible, main him for life as a way of humiliating him.
