Dear CAB readers: Can't get the image of my ex **** out of my head

I have been married for 3years with a child, love my husband, he is the kind of man any woman can hope for, spoils and pampers me like a guy asking a girl out for the first time (we are happy). But I think I love my ex more, we broke up because he lies too much to me and any guy that lies to you is not serious or doesn't love you (my theory), but we remained friends, the kind of friend that you can tell anything no matter how weird. We were chatting about 2 days ago and we got emotional that he sent me a picture of his penis and I almost jumped out of my skin. Since then I have not been able to sleep, work or do anything without seeing that image and longing for it, I so much want to be with him but I am married. What should I do? Please don't insult me, I need honest answer cause I can't talk to anybody about it.

Lawyer Nabbed With Cash Bribe For EFCC Operatives

 

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has arrested a legal practitioner, Barrister Ayodele Owoka, 47, over allegations of bribery.
He was arrested on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at the Commission’s office in Ikoyi, Lagos as he attempted to bribe a team of operatives investigating a case of contract inflation, abuse of office, stealing, embezzlement and misappropriation of funds at the Federal Medical Centre, Owo, Ondo State.
Upon his arrest, the suspect confessed that he offered the operatives N1.2 Million which was allegedly given to him by the Medical Director of the hospital, Dr. O. A. Omotosho, to bribe the team to soft pedal on their investigations.
Ayodele confessed that Omotosho gave him a total sum of N1.5 Million but that he kept N300, 000 for his personal use and offered the operatives the balance of N1.2Million as bribe.
The EFCC’s Head of Media and Publicity, Wilson Uwujaren, confirmed the arrest and indicated that the suspect would soon be arraigned.

You have scar on your ankle and wrist. What happened to you?
I learnt the marks were as a result of an accident that involved me and my godmother when I was barely one year old. She had a mug of hot tea and being a restless baby, I tried to take it from her to know what was in the cup. I was trying to forcefully take the cup from her while she was preventing me from having it. Eventually, she left it and the tea poured on me. You can imagine how serious it must have been for me to still be having the marks on my body. My mother said it was the worst day of her life. While growing up, she used to tell me the scars would fade off but they are still here and I am okay with them.
Did the scars ever discourage boys from approaching you?
No, I don’t think anyone notices it. I don’t even remember it until someone points it out. No guy has ever pointed out the scars to me. While I was modelling, it was a bit difficult but make-up was always used to conceal them. Some people like them. They say the scars make me look natural; your imperfections are your perfections. I actually believe that.
Were you a tomboy while growing up?

Obama To Russia: Any Military Intervention In Ukraine Will Has Costs

 

Delivering a blunt warning to Moscow, President Barack Obama expressed deep concern Friday over reported military activity inside Ukraine by Russia and warned "there will be costs" for any intervention.

He did not say what those costs might be.
Obama called on Russia to respect the independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine and not try to take advantage of its neighbor, which is undergoing political upheaval.
"Any violation of Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity would be deeply stabilizing," Obama said in a hastily arranged statement delivered from the White House.
Such action by Russia would not serve the interests of the Ukrainian people, Russia or Europe, Obama said, and would represent a "profound interference" in matters he said must be decided by the Ukrainian people.
"Just days after the world came to Russia for the Olympic Games, that would invite the condemnation of nations around the world," Obama said.
"The United States will stand with the international community in affirming that there will be costs for any military intervention in Ukraine," he added.

President Goodluck Jonathan on Friday honoured 100 persons with Nigeria Centenary Awards. About 40 per cent of the awards were presented posthumously.
Among the recipients of the awards are Olesegun Obasanjo, Gen. Yakubu Gowon, Gen. Abdusalami Abubakar and Gen. Muhammadu Buhari.
The families of late human rights activist, Chief Gani Fawehinmi and afrobeat king, Fela Anikulapo Kuti rejected the posthumous awards for both late Fawehinmi and Fela.
Some of those who received the awards today, however, had skipped the yesterday's international summit on security held in Abuja.

Teacher had sex with her 16-yr-old student to avenge husband's affair

A 35 year old school teacher, Bernadette Smith (pictured left)  narrowly escaped jail sentence this week after confessing that she slept with her 16-year-old student Gary Ralston (pictured right).

Her husband, Brian Smith, 35, has revealed that his wife seduced the boy as punishment for his affair in 2004. He told Daily Record;

'She said I deserved it, that this was payback. I’ve hit a brick wall trying to explain or understand it. I maybe could have understood if she had gone with another teacher, or a neighbour, to get back at me. But not a boy, never. Not someone in her care.'

He told how his wife disappeared for a night with the boy, and sent him a text telling him their relationship had to end.

She then switched off her phone, leaving him to desperately try and track her down. She came home the next day while he was getting their children ready for school and confessed the affair."

Bernadette was later arrested , taken to court, where she admitted sexual activitvity with the pupil .

The final funeral of former President of the National Association of Nigeria Students, Comrade Segun Okeowo, was held at his country home Simawa in Ogun State on February 28, 2014, Friday.

The renowned students' activist became famous during 'Ali Must Go' period, when he led nationwide protests against the policy of OBJ's military government.

He passed away at the age of 73 on January 28, 2014, from heart problems.

Man Commits Explosive Suicide After Brutally Murdering Wife

 

An American, who fell for an auto driver and married him in India, was viciously stabbed to death by her husband. The man then blew himself up.

American social worker Erin White last year married Bunty Sharma an auto driver. They had met when Erin, 35, visited Agra alongwith a group of Americans.
She was stabbed on Thursday evening in the auto which her husband Bunty drove. Her body was thrown out of the auto and found around 8pm, police said.
Bunty returned home in Sanjay Nagar after the murder. He shut himself up in his room, opened a gas cylinder valve and blew himself up.

Keshi Impressed By Yobo Comeback

Super Eagles boss Stephen Keshi has praised Norwich's Joseph Yobo fitness and form as the skipper makes his return to the Eagles line up against Mexico.
Keshi told journalists that he hopes all goes well with Yobo and he does't get injured, and the only way Yobo will make the brazil squad will be only if he continues his impressive form.
He said: "I’m happy he's coming back, he's playing well and it's one of the respectable leagues in the world and he's doing well.

A 2-year old girl Tanilla Warrick-Deaves was murdered in her mother’s home in Australia, in 2011 for being too slow at toilet training.

Tanilla was murdered by 30-year old Warren James Ross, her mother’s boyfriend, who became frustrated that she was not toilet-trained.

 On this particular day, he kept beating her and he repeatedly banged her head on a glass shower screen and cupboard door to make himself feel better, while her mom watched.

Newly released video shows Oscar Pistorius, who faces a murder trial next week, firing weapons at a gun range before the double-amputee athlete fatally shot his girlfriend last year.

A media outlet in the UK broadcast footage of Pistorius firing a shotgun and using a pistol to shoot a watermelon, which bursts on impact. Delighted screams and laughter from unidentified people are heard in the background.
