Two female robbers have been attacked and brutally beaten in Aba, Abia State.
It was reported that the two women were a member of a robbery gang that had been terrorizing Iheorji axis of Aba in Abia State area have reportedly been lynched.
It was gathered that last weekend, angry residents in the area attacked and killed the two girls whose robbery gang had been giving them sleepless nights.
Sources also revealed that the two young women came in company of their male counterparts to rob that night, but unknown to them, youths of the area and the private security guards had laid an ambush for them.
The youths reportedly attacked the robbers as they were approaching. The male members were able to escape, leaving the two woman behind and they were lynched immediately.
It was also revealed that that armed robberies in the area had gone unchallenged due to poor road network that made it difficult for security personnel to access the place.
