Is This The Scariest TV Advert Ever?

A commercial for a Japanese tyre company has been labelled the "scariest TV ad ever".
The horror-themed film even comes with its own health warning, due to the terrifying scenes.
Warning: Some people may find the video upsetting:

Prior to the 40-second clip for Fukuoka-based Autoway, viewers are advised the video is "not for the faint of heart".
The caution adds: "Please refrain from watching the content if any of the following applies to you: Have any mental or physical health concern and may have to see a doctor regularly."
"We shall not be liable for any injuries, illness, and damages claimed to be caused by watching the contents either."
The ad features a car travelling down a dark, deserted road, before the driver slams on the brakes to avoid colliding into a mystery figure.
Screaming, the driver and his passengers then reverse at high speed.
The scenes are supposed to show how Autoway tyres can perform in extreme dangerous or unpredictable conditions.
But it would be a surprise if any viewers emerged from behind their sofas in time to take in the brand's message...
