Venezuelan interim president sworn in
Nicolas Maduro, interim leader of
Venezuela, filed papers Monday to run for president less than a week
after he announced President Hugo Chavez's death.
"I am not Chavez, but I
am his son. And all together, the people, we are Chavez," Maduro said as
he filed his campaign platform with election officials.
Henrique Capriles
Radonski was expected to file paperwork later Monday to run as the
opposition candidate. Elections are set for April 14.
